References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Atlantix Accessories Group Ltd trading as Man Mesh.

References to “you” and “customer” mean the person placing an order, preorder or subscription order with us.

2. Product

Man Mesh is an oversized shower loofah / shower sponge product designed for personal washing use.

Product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, packaging and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen display, manufacturing tolerances, compression during packaging, shipping, product handling or normal material variation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, accessories, props, bathroom items or display materials shown in product images are not included.

3. Hygiene product status

Man Mesh is a personal hygiene item.

Each unit is supplied sealed. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, unsealed, handled in an unhygienic way, or returned in a condition unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty, not as described, or otherwise covered by your statutory rights.

This does not affect your legal rights.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your basket.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance by email or dispatch the product, whichever occurs first.

We may refuse, cancel or refund an order where:

  • payment is not authorised;

  • the product is unavailable;

  • there is an obvious pricing, stock or website error;

  • the order appears fraudulent, abusive, automated or made in bad faith;

  • the order breaches these Terms;

  • the delivery address is unsuitable, incomplete or outside the areas we currently serve;

  • we reasonably believe fulfilling the order would expose us, our business, our customers or our service providers to risk.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item(s), unless we are legally entitled to withhold or deduct any amount.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted, unless there has been an obvious pricing error.

Where free UK delivery is offered, this applies only to eligible UK delivery addresses and only where stated.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is authorised.

We do not store full card details ourselves. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Squarespace Payments and/or Stripe.

7. Promo codes and discounts

Promo codes, discount codes and promotional offers are issued at our discretion.

Promo codes:

  • must be used before expiry;

  • may be limited to selected products, customers, countries or order values;

  • may not be combined unless stated;

  • have no cash value;

  • may be cancelled, refused or withdrawn where misused;

  • must not be obtained, shared, exploited or used fraudulently.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where a promo code has been used fraudulently, dishonestly, abusively, in error, or contrary to the intended purpose of the promotion.

8. Delivery

We aim to dispatch buy-now stock within the timeframe stated on the product page or checkout page.

Delivery estimates are estimates only. We do not guarantee courier delivery dates or times unless expressly stated in writing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal disruption, incorrect addresses, customs, severe weather, force majeure events, operational issues, customer absence, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may ask for reasonable evidence, including photographs, tracking information, packaging images or written confirmation.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit or other resolution. Where goods are faulty, not delivered, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will act in accordance with your statutory rights.

9. Risk and ownership

Ownership of the product passes to you once we have received full payment and the product has been delivered.

Risk in the product passes to you once the product has been delivered to the delivery address you provided, left in accordance with delivery instructions, or delivered to a nominated safe place, neighbour, reception desk, concierge, parcel point or similar location.

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is accurate, safe and accessible.

10. Preorders

Where we offer preorder products, the estimated dispatch or delivery window will be stated on the product page or checkout page where possible.

Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to production timing, manufacturing delays, customs, shipping, courier delays, supplier issues, quality checks, demand changes, operational constraints, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may delay, split, substitute, cancel or refund preorders where necessary.

If we cancel a preorder before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled preorder.

You may request cancellation of a preorder before it has been dispatched by contacting us at admin@atlantixgroup.co.uk

Where legally required, we will honour cancellation rights.

Preorder pricing may differ from buy-now pricing. A preorder price is offered in exchange for the customer waiting for a later batch and does not represent a permanent product value or guaranteed future price.

11. Subscriptions and recurring orders

Where subscription options are offered, you authorise us or our payment provider to take recurring payments at the frequency selected at checkout.

Subscription details, including price, frequency, product quantity and renewal timing, will be shown before purchase.

You may cancel a subscription by following the cancellation process provided on the website or by contacting us at admin@atlantixgroup.co.uk

To avoid your next subscription charge, cancellation requests must be made at least 5 working days before the next scheduled payment date.

If a cancellation request is made after this point, we may already have processed the order, payment, fulfilment or dispatch. In that case, cancellation may apply from the following billing cycle, subject to your statutory rights.

We may pause, amend, cancel or refuse a subscription where stock is unavailable, payment fails, delivery becomes unavailable, misuse occurs, or continuing the subscription is no longer commercially or operationally possible.

We will comply with any mandatory consumer law requirements that apply to subscription contracts.

12. Cancellations and returns

For online purchases, consumers may have cancellation rights under UK distance selling rules.

However, because Man Mesh is a sealed hygiene product, cancellation and return rights may be limited once the product has been unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons.

To request a return, contact us at admin@atlantixgroup.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Products returned to us must be:

  • unused;

  • unopened;

  • sealed;

  • in resaleable condition;

  • returned with any original packaging where reasonably possible.

Unless the product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, you may be responsible for return postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

13. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us at admin@atlantixgroup.co.uk as soon as possible.

We may ask for reasonable evidence, including:

  • order number;

  • photographs or videos of the issue;

  • photographs of the packaging;

  • description of the fault or damage;

  • tracking or delivery information.

Where goods are confirmed as faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we may offer a refund, replacement, partial refund, repair if appropriate, or another lawful remedy.

Where we require a faulty item to be returned, we may provide a return label or reimburse reasonable return postage.

In some cases, we may allow you to retain the item and still offer a full or partial refund, replacement or other resolution. This is at our discretion and assessed case by case.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. Product use and safety

Man Mesh is intended for external personal washing use only.

By using the product, you agree to use it sensibly, hygienically and only for its intended purpose.

You must:

  • inspect the product before use;

  • stop using the product immediately if irritation, discomfort, soreness, rash, broken skin, bleeding, allergic reaction or unusual sensitivity occurs;

  • avoid use on broken, damaged, irritated, sunburnt, infected or highly sensitive skin;

  • avoid excessive pressure or aggressive scrubbing;

  • rinse and dry the product appropriately after use;

  • replace the product when worn, damaged, unhygienic or no longer suitable for use;

  • keep the product away from fire, sharp objects, chemicals and unsafe storage conditions.

The product is not a medical device and is not intended to treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

15. Children, babies and vulnerable users

Man Mesh is not suitable for children.

Keep out of reach of babies, toddlers and young children.

The product, packaging, hanging loop, mesh material, bags or any loose components may present risks if misused, pulled apart, chewed, swallowed, wrapped around the body, placed over the face, or used without appropriate care.

Elderly, disabled, vulnerable or reduced-mobility users should take extra care when using the product, especially in wet bathrooms, showers or baths where slipping, overreaching, imbalance or skin sensitivity may be a risk.

If you are unsure whether this product is suitable for you or someone else, do not use it without appropriate advice or supervision.

16. Allergies, irritation and skin sensitivity

Some users may experience irritation, sensitivity or discomfort from exfoliating or mesh-based washing products.

Stop use immediately if irritation, pain, rash, itching, redness, soreness, broken skin or discomfort occurs.

We are not responsible for adverse reactions caused by misuse, excessive pressure, unsuitable skin type, use on broken or irritated skin, failure to stop use after discomfort, poor hygiene, improper drying, improper storage, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

This does not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

17. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • choosing whether the product is suitable for your intended use;

  • reading product information before use;

  • using the product only as intended;

  • keeping the product clean and stored appropriately;

  • supervising any vulnerable person where required;

  • ensuring the product is not used by children;

  • providing accurate order, delivery and contact details;

  • checking your order confirmation and contacting us promptly if details are wrong.

We are not responsible for loss, delay, failed delivery or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

18. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, not caused by us, caused by misuse, caused by failure to follow product guidance, caused by your own act or omission, or caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for:

  • indirect or consequential loss;

  • loss of income, profit, business, opportunity or goodwill;

  • damage caused by misuse or improper storage;

  • property damage caused by incorrect use, unsafe hanging, water exposure, customer handling, shower fittings, bathroom surfaces, mould, damp, staining, slipping, falling items, or use outside the product’s intended purpose;

  • courier delays outside our reasonable control;

  • minor variations in colour, appearance, shape, compression or packaging that do not affect legal product quality.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • breach of your statutory rights where we cannot legally exclude or restrict them;

  • any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. No additional warranty or satisfaction guarantee

At this time, we do not offer any additional commercial warranty, extended warranty, trial period or satisfaction guarantee beyond your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

This means you may still have legal remedies if goods are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law.

20. Reviews, feedback and user content

If you send us reviews, feedback, photographs, videos, comments or other content relating to Man Mesh, you confirm that the content is honest, lawful and does not infringe any third-party rights.

We may request permission to use customer content for marketing. We will not intentionally use identifiable customer images or videos for advertising without appropriate permission where required.

We reserve the right to remove, report or take action in relation to abusive, false, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening or unlawful content.

21. Misuse, abuse and fraud

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, block customers, report behaviour, recover losses, or take legal action where a person:

  • abuses our website, checkout, staff, systems, offers or promotions;

  • uses fraudulent payment methods;

  • misuses promo codes;

  • submits false claims;

  • makes dishonest refund or chargeback claims;

  • attempts to damage our business, brand, systems, affiliates, suppliers or service providers;

  • uses threatening, abusive, harassing or unlawful conduct;

  • infringes our intellectual property;

  • attempts to copy, scrape, exploit or misuse our website content, branding or product materials.

Any such action will be taken where lawful and proportionate.

22. Intellectual property

The Man Mesh name, logo, branding, product imagery, product descriptions, website content, advertising materials and associated brand assets are owned by or licensed to Atlantix Accessories Group Ltd and/or Canterbury Corporation Co Ltd.

All rights are reserved.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, imitate, exploit, scrape, resell, use commercially, or create derivative works from our branding, images, product copy, logo, website content or advertising materials without written permission.

Any trademarks, registered marks, unregistered marks, trade names, logos, designs or intellectual property remain the property of their respective owner.

23. International orders

Where international shipping is offered, you are responsible for ensuring that the product can lawfully be imported into and used in your country.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, handling fees, inspections, restrictions or delays. These are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, seizure, customs charges, import refusal, additional fees or losses caused by customs authorities or local delivery providers.

If an international parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, failed delivery, refusal, incorrect address or import issues, we may deduct any costs we incur from any refund available, subject to applicable law.

24. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Stock levels shown on the website are not guaranteed in real time.

We may limit quantities, withdraw products, amend product options, delay restocks or discontinue products at any time.

25. Website accuracy

We aim to keep product information, pricing, stock, delivery information and website content accurate.

However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders affected by obvious errors, and amend website content without notice.

26. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform where caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, factory delays, shipping disruption, courier disruption, strikes, customs delays, severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, illness, war, civil unrest, cyberattack, technical failure, platform outage, payment provider outage or legal/regulatory restrictions.

27. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version that applies to your order is the version in force at the time you placed your order, unless a change is required by law or regulation.

28. Sever-ability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

29. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the laws of that part of the United Kingdom.

If you are an international customer, you may also have mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence that cannot be excluded.
